1. Description of Promotion
Eligible invited players may receive:

3. Eligibility
The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 19 years of age, are physically present in Ontario during the Promotion Period, are invited to participate in this Promotion, and who have an active and verified player account on PlayFallsview Online Casino. Individuals who have self-excluded from gaming activities or whose accounts are restricted, suspended, or otherwise ineligible are not eligible to participate.
Employees, officers and directors of Mohegan Digital Canada, Mohegan Digital, Fallsview Casino Resort, Niagara Casinos, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or persons residing in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a bonus of any kind.
Participation is subject to all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements of iGaming Ontario (iGO) and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). Mohegan Digital Canada reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these requirements.
4. Action Required
To participate, players must be invited, opt in, and make a successful deposit during the Promotion Period. Eligible players must redeem the offer within the redemption period specified in the Offer Description.
Participating players may receive a Deposit Match Casino Bonus ranging from 10% to 100% of their qualifying deposit. The required minimum deposit amount, redemption period, specific match percentage, maximum bonus amount, wagering requirement, and any eligible game restrictions will be specified in the Offer Description.
Only deposits made after opting into the Promotion, where required, will qualify for the offer. The qualifying deposit must be successfully processed and accepted during the Promotion Period.
5. Claiming Promotion Offer
Upon satisfying the Action Required, eligible players will receive a Deposit Match Slot Casino Bonus as described in the “How It Works” and “Offer Description” sections above. The Deposit Match Slot Casino Bonus is generally credited to eligible players’ accounts shortly after all qualifying requirements have been met; however, due to technical, operational, verification, or processing delays, the bonus may not be reflected in a player’s account for up to seventy-two (72) hours following completion of the Action Required or the conclusion of the Promotion Period, as applicable. Deposit Match Slot Casino Bonus funds have no cash value and are subject to the wagering requirements and other restrictions set out in these Terms and Conditions and the “Offer Description” section above. Players are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, or other government assessments that may arise in connection with participation in the Promotion, to the extent required by applicable law.

7. Limitations on Participation
When participating in two (2) or more promotions with wagering, deposit, or other qualifying requirements, wagers and deposits will be applied to the first opted-in promotion until the applicable requirements for that promotion have been satisfied.
In addition to the eligibility requirements and limitations set out in these Terms and Conditions and the general PlayFallsview Online Casino Terms of Use, Mohegan Digital Canada reserves the right to refuse, limit, revoke, or otherwise restrict a player’s eligibility to participate in any promotion for any reason, including where there is suspected bonus abuse, irregular play, fraudulent activity, collusion, manipulation of the promotion, wagering patterns inconsistent with the intended purpose of the promotion, or where a player has not participated in previous promotions in good faith.
Deposits made to satisfy the requirements of this Promotion may not be used to satisfy deposit or qualification requirements for any other PlayFallsview Online Casino promotion, unless expressly stated otherwise. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Limit one (1) Deposit Match Slot Casino Bonus per eligible invitation. If a player is eligible for multiple promotions simultaneously, wagers and deposits will be applied in accordance with the promotion-priority provisions described above. Mohegan Digital Canada reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements, to modify, suspend, cancel, restrict, or terminate a player’s participation in this Promotion if it reasonably believes the player has engaged in bonus abuse, fraudulent conduct, collusion, or any activity intended to circumvent the spirit or intent of the Promotion.
8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
The wagering requirement of 1x (one time) must be met within seven (7) days to convert Restricted Funds, including Slot Casino Bonus and/or any bonus winnings to withdrawable funds. “Wagering requirements” refer to the amount of money players stake during the betting process, relative to the amount of Restricted Funds – otherwise known as the amount rollover.

Note: Slot Casino Bonuses and any winnings associated are not eligible for withdrawal until wagering requirements are met. See Section 11 “Restriction on Withdrawal” for more information.
9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
As is noted in Section 11 below, money deposited to satisfy promotional requirements, Slot Casino Bonus, and any winnings drawn from either are considered “Restricted Funds.” As a result, they are subject to Wagering Requirements.
When Slot Casino Bonus is issued, funds used for wagering are drawn from Real Money (non-bonus) deposits, if any, before Slot Casino Bonus is used. Once deposited funds are used, wagers are drawn from Slot Casino Bonus. Any winnings associated with either the Slot Casino Bonus or deposits are added to the Restricted Funds balance. Upon completion of wagering requirements, as established in Section 8, any restricted funds associated with this promotion will be added to your unrestricted account balance. Subsequent wagers are debited from the unrestricted account balance.
10. Eligible Games
Most Casino Slot Games are eligible to contribute to the wagering requirement for the promotion. Live Dealer, Table Games, Video Poker and Sportsbook are excluded.
11. Restriction on Withdrawal
Any qualifying deposit associated with a Deposit Match Slot Casino Bonus, the Deposit Match Slot Casino Bonus itself, and any winnings derived from such bonus funds (collectively, “Restricted Funds”) are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement described in Section 8 has been fully satisfied. If the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the time period specified in the “Offer Description” section above or these Terms and Conditions, any remaining Deposit Match Slot Casino Bonus funds and any winnings associated with those bonus funds will be forfeited and removed from the player’s account. A player may be required to cancel an active bonus before withdrawing funds associated with that bonus. Cancellation of a bonus may result in the forfeiture of some or all bonus funds and any associated bonus winnings, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Deposit Match Slot Casino Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied, and may not be substituted, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital Canada and where permitted by applicable law.
12. Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your participation in the Promotion at any time, please contact customer support at support@playfallsview.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any real-money funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, you will forfeit any unused Slot Casino Bonus amount remaining in your account.
