1. Offer Description

Eligible invited PlayFallsview Online Casino players can participate in the $10,000 Leaderboard Challenge (October 25, 2026) promotion (the “Promotion”), which gives participants the opportunity to win a share of a $10,000 Slot Casino Bonus prize pool by earning Leaderboard points through real-money wagering on eligible casino games during the Promotion Period. The total prize pool of $10,000 will be distributed among the top 100 ranked players according to the prize table in Section 5, provided that a minimum of 100 players earn at least 1 Leaderboard point during the Promotion Period. If fewer than 100 players earn at least 1 Leaderboard point during the Promotion Period, all eligible players will receive the Slot Casino Bonus corresponding to their final Leaderboard ranking position according to the prize table.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion Period begins at 12:00am ET on October 25, 2026, and ends on October 31, 2026, at 11:59pm ET (the “Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to individuals who are at least 19 years of age, are physically present in Ontario during the Promotion Period, are invited to participate in this Promotion, and who have an active and verified player account on PlayFallsview Online Casino. Self-excluded individuals are ineligible. Employees, officers, and directors of Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’, and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Slot Casino Bonus prize.

4. Action Required

To participate, players must be invited, log in to their account during the Promotion Period, and opt in to the Promotion. Leaderboard points will begin accruing once the Promotion Period starts. Players will earn Leaderboard points according to the following schedule:

Five (5) Leaderboard points for every one dollar ($1) in real-money wagers placed on eligible slot games
One (1) Leaderboard point for every one dollar ($1) in real-money wagers placed on eligible table games, live dealer games, and video poker.

Players must earn at least 1 Leaderboard point during the Promotion Period to be eligible for a prize. Players may earn unlimited Leaderboard points during the Promotion Period. Wagers placed using Slot Casino Bonus funds do not contribute to Leaderboard point accumulation; only real-money wagers count toward Leaderboard ranking.

5. Claiming Promotion Offer

Based on the number of Leaderboard points accumulated during the Promotion Period, players will be ranked on a shared Leaderboard. The Leaderboard will be updated daily by 1:00pm ET, Monday through Friday, reflecting all Leaderboard points earned through 11:59pm ET the previous day. Points earned on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be reflected in the Leaderboard update on the following Monday by 1:00pm ET. The most recent updated Leaderboard time will be reflected at the bottom of the Leaderboard. Players may view their ranking and point total on the Leaderboard at any time during the Promotion Period. In the event of a tie affecting prize placement, tied players will be assigned a random number using our random number generator, with results finalized by 1:00pm ET on November 1, 2026, and affected players notified via email of their final ranking and prize status. All players who earned at least 1 Leaderboard point will remain eligible for prizes, ranked according to Leaderboard points earned during the Promotion Period. Eligible players will be credited according to the prize table below. Slot Casino Bonuses will be awarded within 7 business days following the end of the Promotion Period (by October 31, 2026). All players will receive email confirmation of their final Leaderboard ranking, prize amount, and prize award status. Players may only win one prize during the Promotion Period. Prizes will be awarded in the form of a Slot Casino Bonus and will be distributed to the top 100 ranked players according to the table below:

If fewer than 100 players earn at least 1 Leaderboard point during the Promotion Period, all eligible players will receive the Slot Casino Bonus corresponding to their final Leaderboard ranking position according to the prize table.

6. Registration Procedures

Eligible individuals must have their identity verified and an active PlayFallsview account in order to participate in any promotion or play on PlayFallsview. Creating an account at PlayFallsview or on the PlayFallsview mobile application is free. By submitting your information and creating an account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Privacy Policy (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/privacy-policy) and Terms and Conditions (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/terms). If you do not agree to Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, you cannot create an account or participate in the Promotion.

7. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the eligibility requirements and limitations established in these Terms and Conditions, and in the general Terms and Conditions of PlayFallsview.com, Mohegan Digital, in its sole discretion not to be exercised unreasonably, reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any promotion for any reason, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

The wagering requirement of 1x (one time) must be met within seven (7) days to convert Restricted Funds, including any bonus winnings to withdrawable funds. “Wagering requirements” refer to the amount of money players stake during the betting process, relative to the amount of Restricted Funds – otherwise known as the amount rollover.

Game Contribution to Wagering Requirement percentage for each game can be found on the game information screen ( icon on game tile). Some Slot Games do not contribute. General contribution percentages are as follows:

Note: Slot Casino Bonuses and any winnings associated are not eligible for withdrawal until wagering requirements are met. See Section 11 “Restriction on Withdrawal” for more information.

9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering

When a bonus is issued, money for wagers is first taken from the restricted amount which is subject to wagering restrictions. Money is taken from restricted deposit amount first, if any, before using the bonus money. Any winnings first replenish the bonus and the restricted deposit and are used next. Upon completion of wagering requirements, any restricted amount including winnings will be credited to player’s unrestricted account balance, and any subsequent wagers will be debited from the unrestricted account balance.

10. Eligible Games

Casino slots, tables, live dealer and video poker are eligible for leaderboard point accumulation. Restrictions apply to Slot Casino Bonus awarded.

11. Restriction on Withdrawal

Any Slot Casino Bonus, and/or winnings associated with this campaign are non-withdrawable (“Restricted”) until the wager requirement established in Section 8 above is fulfilled. In the event that the wager requirement is not met within the time period established in Section 8, any remaining restricted bonus funds and/or restricted winnings will be forfeit and removed from your account. Slot Casino Bonus is not transferable and cannot be substituted except in Mohegan Digital’s sole discretion.

12. Cancellation

Participants may cancel their bonus prior to satisfying wagering requirements by contacting customer support at support@playfallsview.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any real money funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, you will forfeit any unused Slot Casino Bonus amount remaining in your account.

Administration: Mohegan Digital expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital. Mohegan Digital reserves the right to restrict at any time any account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.

Release and Waiver of Liability: By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, gaming license partners, advertising and promotion agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) your participation in the Promotion; and (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Slot Casino Bonus, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any promotion-related activity, including those damages caused by Mohegan Digital’s own negligence.
