Terms And Conditions
1. Description of Promotion
Welcome to the 25% Hockey Champions Boost promotion (the “Promotion”), where all players are eligible to receive a twenty-five percent (25%) “profit boost” valid on the winner of the National Hockey League (NHL) Championship 2023/2024. Wager must have odds of +350 or greater (ex. +425, +700). Maximum wager is Fifty Dollars ($50). There is a limit of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) on potential added winnings associated with this promotion. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, bonus bets or profit boosts.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins Tuesday, May 7th, 2024 at 12:00am ET and ends on Sunday, May 19th, 2024 at 11:59pm ET (the “Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 19 years of age and are physically present in Ontario. Self-excluded individuals are ineligible. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Promotion Bonus (as defined below).
4. Action Required
You must navigate to the “Futures” tab within the NHL section of the sportsbook and select the NHL Championship 2023/2024. Once you have selected an eligible Championship Winner wager into your betslip, the profit boost will then appear in your betslip (the “Wager Requirements/Exclusions”). After placing your wager, no additional action is required, as any potential additional winnings will be credited to your account upon bet settlement.
5. Claiming Promotion Offer
Upon logging in, you must add an eligible NHL Championship 2023/2024 wager selection into your betslip and then select the profit boost that will appear in your betslip (the “Wager Requirements/Exclusions”). After placing your wager, no additional action is required, as any potential additional winnings will be credited to your account upon bet settlement.
Eligible individuals must have an active PlayFallsview account in order to participate in this Promotion and verify your identity in order to play on PlayFallsview. Creating an Account at PlayFallsview or on the PlayFallsview mobile application is free. By submitting your information and creating a Casino Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Privacy Policy (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/privacy-policy) and Terms (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/terms) . If you do not agree to Terms and Privacy Policy, you cannot create a Casino Account or participate in this Promotion.
7. Limitations on Participation
In addition to the eligibility requirements and limitations established in these Terms and Conditions – and in the general Terms and Conditions of PlayFallsview.com, Mohegan Digital, in its sole discretion not to be exercised unreasonably, reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Any wager placed used bonus credit will not contribute to the Rollover Requirements of that bonus, as a profit boost is being used.
8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
See section 4. Any wager that is placed on a market other than the NHL Championship 2023/2024 winner will not be eligible. Wager must have odds of +350 or greater. Maximum wager is Fifty Dollars ($50). There is a limit of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) on potential added winnings associated with this promotion. Any wagers that are cashed out will not be eligible. Offer cannot be combined with any additional profit boosts or bonus bets.
9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
Order of Funds Used for Wagering is not applicable to this promotion.
10. Eligible Games
25% Hockey Champions Boost is only available for use on NHL Championship 2023/2024 winner wagers that meet the minimum odds requirement of +350 or greater.
11. Restriction on Withdrawal
There are no restrictions on withdrawal from the 25% Hockey Champions Boost promotion.
12. Cancellation
All sports and event wagers associated with this or any promotion may be voided in accordance with our Sports Book rules (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/sportsbook-rules), which are hereby incorporated by reference.

Administration: Mohegan Digital expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital. Mohegan Digital reserves the right to restrict at any time any Casino Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
Release and Waiver of Liability: By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, gaming license partners, advertising and promotion agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) your participation in the Promotion; and (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Promotion-related activity, including those damages caused by Mohegan Digital’s own negligence. Mohegan Digital expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, MOHEGAN DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO REDEMPTION OF THE PROMOTION, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF MOHEGAN DIGITAL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
