1. Description of Promotion
$277 No Deposit Slot Casino Bonus promotion. The promotion will begin on February 10, 2026, at 12:00am ET and end on February 10, 2026, at 11:59pm ET. Slot Casino Bonus is subject to playthrough requirements.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion will begin on February 10, 2026, at 12:00am ET and end on February 10, 2026, at 11:59pm ET (the “Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 19 years of age and are physically present in Ontario during the Promotion Period. Self-excluded individuals are ineligible. Employees, officers and directors of Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Slot Casino Bonus.
4. Action Required
If invited by Mohegan Digital, log in to your account during the Promotion Period, opt in to the Promotion (My Account > Rewards > Bonuses > My Bonus Offers) and the $277 Slot Casino Bonus will be added to your account.
5. Claiming Promotion Offer
After satisfying the Action Required, no further action is required. To view the bonus go to My Account > Rewards > Bonuses > Casino Bonus – Active. Slot Casino Bonus is only eligible for use on Slots. Recipients are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Slot Casino Bonus received, regardless of whether the Slot Casino Bonus, in whole or in part, is used. The Slot Casino Bonus value may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Unused Slot Casino Bonus will expire 24 hours after being awarded. See Section 8 for Wagering Requirements.

7. Limitations on Participation
In addition to the eligibility requirements and limitations established in these Terms and Conditions, and in the general Terms and Conditions of PlayFallsview.com, Mohegan Digital, in its sole discretion not to be exercised unreasonably, reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any promotion for any reason, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Limit of one (1) Slot Casino Bonus per person during the Promotion Period.
8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
The wagering requirement of 1x (one time) must be met within one (1) day to convert Restricted Funds, including Deposits, Slot Casino Bonus and/or any bonus winnings to withdrawable funds. “Wagering requirements” refer to the amount of money players stake during the betting process, relative to the amount of Restricted Funds – otherwise known as the amount rollover. Wagering contribution percentage for casino games varies, see below for more details.

9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
When a bonus is issued, money for wagers is first taken from the restricted amount which is subject to wagering restrictions. Money is taken from restricted deposit amount first, if any, before using the bonus money. Any winnings first replenish the bonus and the restricted deposit and are used next. Upon completion of wagering requirements, any restricted amount including winnings will be credited to player’s unrestricted account balance, and any subsequent wagers will be debited from the unrestricted account balance.
10. Eligible Games
Slot Casino Bonus may be used on Slots only.
11. Restriction on Withdrawal
Any Deposits, Slot Casino Bonus, and/or winnings associated with this campaign are non-withdrawable (“Restricted”) until the Wagering Requirements established in Section 8 above is fulfilled. In the event that the wager requirement is not met within the time period established in Section 8, any remaining restricted bonus funds and/or restricted winnings will be forfeit and removed from your account.
The Slot Casino Bonus is not transferable and cannot be substituted except in Mohegan Digital’s sole discretion.
12. Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact customer support at support@playfallsview.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any real money funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, you will forfeit any unused Slot Casino Bonus amount remaining in your account.
