- Description of Promotion Welcome to the 29% Deposit Match up to $29 Bonus Credits promotion (the "Promotion"), where participants who make at least a One Ten Dollar ($10) deposit into their Casino Account (as defined below) will receive Bonus Credits (the "Bonus Credit") equal to Twenty-Nine Percent (29%) of their deposit up to Twenty-Nine ($29) Bonus Credits.
- Promotion Period The Promotion will begin on February 26th, 2024 at 12:00am ET and end on February 29th, 2024 at 11:59pm ET (the "Promotion Period").
- Eligibility The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 19 years of age and are physically present in Ontario during the Promotion Period. If you have another PlayFallsview Account in Mohegan Digital's database, you may only earn one Promotion Bonus in respect of all such PlayFallsview Accounts (as defined below) under this Promotion. Self-excluded individuals are ineligible. Employees, officers and directors of the Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees', officers' and directors' immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Promotion Bonus (as defined below).
- Action Required You must go to the deposit page and select the promotion. After selecting the promotion, during the Promotion Period make one (1) deposit of at least Ten Dollars ($10) into your Account (as defined below) (collectively the "Promotion Requirements"). If you are opted into 2+ promotions with deposit requirements, your deposits will count towards the first opted-in promotion until completed. Please make one (1) deposit to satisfy the Promotion Requirements.
- Claiming Promotion Offer Upon satisfying the Promotion Requirements, you will receive Casino Bonus Credit of Twenty-Nine Percent (29%) of your deposit up to Twenty-Nine ($29) (the "Bonus Credit"). Bonus Credits may be used on Casino. The Bonus Credits will be credited to your Casino Account (as defined below) within seventy-two (72) hours of your satisfaction of the Promotion Requirements. Bonus Credits recipients will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Bonus Credits received, regardless of whether the Bonus Credits, in whole or in part, is used. The Promotion Bonus value may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.
- Registration Procedures To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have an active PlayFallsview account in order to participate in this Promotion and verify your identity in order to play on PlayFallsview. Creating an Account at PlayFallsview or on the PlayFallsview mobile application is free. By submitting your information and creating a Casino Account, however, participants are required to agree to the Privacy Policy (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/privacy-policy) and Terms (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/terms). If you do not agree to Terms and Privacy Policy, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.
- Limitations on Participation In addition to the eligibility requirements in Section 3, Mohegan Digital reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Limit of one (1) Promotion Bonus per person.
- Wagering Requirements/Exclusions See section 4. The wagering requirement of 6x (six times) must be met in order to convert the bonus credits or bonus winnings to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements refer to the amount of money players stake during the betting process, relative to the amount of the bonus -- otherwise known as the amount rollover.
- Order of Funds Used for Wagering When a bonus is issued, money for wagers is first taken from the restricted amount which is subject to wagering restrictions. Money is taken from restricted deposit amount first, if any, before using the bonus money. Any winnings first replenish the bonus and the restricted deposit and are used next. Upon completion of wagering requirements, any restricted amount including winnings will be credited to player’s unrestricted account balance, and any subsequent wagers will be debited from the unrestricted account balance.
- Eligible Games Bonus Credits are eligible on Casino only.
- Restriction on Withdrawal The Bonus Credit is not transferable and cannot be substituted. Bonus Credit is non-withdrawable, but any winnings therefrom are immediately withdrawable. Bonus Site Credit may only be used for wagering on your Account. Any unused portion of the Promotion Bonus will be automatically withdrawn from your Account thirty (30) days after being credited to your Account. Deposited funds that have not been played may be refunded at any time.
- Cancellation Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact customer support at digitalcustomersupport@mohegangaming.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any real money funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, you will forfeit any unused Promotion Bonus amount remaining in your account.

Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Mohegan Digital. Mohegan Digital reserves the right to restrict at any time any Casino Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Mohegan Digital and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
Dispute Resolution: You agree that any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise relating in any way to or arising out of the Promotion, or these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the PlayFallsview Terms of Use (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/terms).
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE MOHEGAN DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO REDEMPTION OF THE PROMOTION, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF THE MOHEGAN DIGITAL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Miscellaneous: No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof, nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
