PlayFallsview | 2024 March Mania 20% Boost Terms

  1. Description of Promotion
    2. Welcome to the March Mania 20% Boost promotion (the "Promotion"), where all players are eligible to receive one (1) twenty percent (20%) "profit boost" valid on the outright winner of the 2023/2024 NCAA Basketball Championship. Maximum wager is Fifty Dollars ($50). There is a limit of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) on potential added winnings associated with this promotion. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, bonus bets or profit boosts.
  2. Promotion Period
    3. The Promotion begins Monday, March 11th, 2024 at 12:00am ET and ends on Sunday, March 17th, 2024 at 11:59pm ET (the "Promotion Period").
  3. Eligibility
    4. The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 19 years of age and are physically present in Ontario during the Promotion Period. Self-excluded individuals are ineligible. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees', officers' and directors' immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Promotion Bonus (as defined below).
  4. Action Required
    5. You must head to the Promotion Page in order to participate in the Promotion during the Promotion Period. You must then navigate to the "Futures" tab within the NCAAB section of the sportsbook and select an NCAA Basketball Championship 2023/24 outright winner. Once added into your betslip, the profit boost will then appear in your betslip (the "Wager Requirements/Exclusions"). After placing your wager, no additional action is required, as any potential additional winnings will be credited to your account upon bet settlement.
  5. Claiming Promotion Offer
    6. Upon logging in, you must add an eligible NCAA Basketball Championship 2023/24 wager selection into your betslip and then select the profit boost that will appear in your betslip (the "Wager Requirements/Exclusions"). After placing your wager, no additional action is required, as any potential additional winnings will be credited to your account upon bet settlement.
  6. Registration Procedures
    7. To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have an active PlayFallsview account in order to participate in this Promotion and verify your identity in order to play on PlayFallsview. Creating an Account at PlayFallsview or on the PlayFallsview mobile application is free. By submitting your information and creating a Casino Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Privacy Policy (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/privacy-policy) and Terms (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/terms). If you do not agree to Terms and Privacy Policy, you cannot create a Casino Account or participate in this Promotion.
  7. Limitations on Participation
    8. In addition to the eligibility requirements in Section 3, Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Any wager placed used bonus credit will not contribute to the Rollover Requirements of that bonus, as a profit boost is being used.
  8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
    9. See section 4. Any wager that is placed on a market other than the NCAAB Championship 2023/24 outright winner will not be eligible. Maximum wager is Fifty Dollars ($50). Any wagers that are cashed out will not be eligible. Offer cannot be combined with any additional profit boosts or bonus bets.
  9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
    10. When a bonus is issued, money for wagers is first taken from the restricted amount which is subject to wagering restrictions. Money is taken from restricted deposit amount first, if any, before using the bonus money. Any winnings first replenish the bonus and the restricted deposit and are used next. Upon completion of wagering requirements, any restricted amount including winnings will be credited to player’s unrestricted account balance, and any subsequent wagers will be debited from the unrestricted account balance.
  10. Eligible Games
    11. March Mania 20% Boost is only available for use on NCAA Basketball Championship 2023/24 outright winner wagers.
  11. Restriction on Withdrawal
    12. There are no restrictions on withdrawal from the March Mania 20% Boost promotion.
  12. Cancellation
    13. Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact customer support at support@playfallsview.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any real money funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, you will forfeit any unused Promotion Bonus amount remaining in your account.

Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Casino Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.

    Release and Waiver of Liability: By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, gaming license partners, advertising and promotion agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) your participation in the Promotion; and (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Promotion-related activity, including those damages caused by the Sponsor's own negligence. The Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO REDEMPTION OF THE PROMOTION, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF THE SPONSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
