Terms And Conditions
1. Description of Promotion
Welcome to the PlayFallsview Parlay Club promotion (the “Promotion”), where players who place five (5) or more sportsbook parlays of at least Ten Dollars ($10) between Monday – Sunday (“Promotional Week”) will receive a Ten Dollar ($10) bonus bet. Wagers that are cashed out or void will not be deemed eligible for this promotion.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion will run weekly, beginning on Monday, April 29th, 2024 at 12:00am ET and ending on Sunday, June 30th, 2024 at 11:59pm ET (the “Promotion Period”). Your five (5) or more qualifying sportsbook wagers must be placed and settled between Monday at 12:00am EST – Sunday at 11:59pm EST to be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 19 years of age, are physically present in Ontario during the Promotion Period, and who have an Active Player Account on PlayFallsview.com. Self-excluded individuals are ineligible. Employees, officers and directors of Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Promotion Bonus (as defined below).
4. Action Required
You must make five (5) or more real money cash wagers on sportsbook parlays of at least Ten Dollars ($10) (the “Wager Requirements”). Wagers placed to satisfy wagering requirements for any one Promotional Week do not carry over to any other Promotional Week. If you are participating in 2+ promotions with wagering requirements, your wagers will count towards the first opted-in promotion until completed.
5. Claiming Promotion Offer
You will receive a Ten Dollar ($10) Bonus Bet upon satisfying the Promotion Requirements. Bonus Bet may be used on sportsbook wagers only. You are solely responsible for all applicable federal, provincial, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Bonus Bet received, regardless of whether the Bonus Bet, in whole or in part, is used. The Bonus value may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.
Eligible individuals must have an active PlayFallsview account in order to participate in this Promotion and verify your identity in order to play on PlayFallsview. Creating an Account at PlayFallsview or on the PlayFallsview mobile application is free. By submitting your information and creating a Casino Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Privacy Policy (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/privacy-policy) and Terms (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/terms) . If you do not agree to Terms and Privacy Policy, you cannot create a Casino Account or participate in this Promotion.
7. Limitations on Participation
In addition to the eligibility requirements and limitations established in these Terms and Conditions—and in the general Terms and Conditions of PlayFallsview.com, Mohegan Digital, in its sole discretion not to be exercised unreasonably, reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Limit of one (1) Promotion Bonus Bet per-person, per-week. Parlay wagers must be $10 or more and have final odds of +200 or greater (ex. +200, +350, etc.).
8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
The bonus bet has a wagering requirement of 1x (one time) on sports that must be met in order to convert the bonus bet into withdrawable cash funds. The bonus bet stake will not be included with any potential winnings. Bonus bet expires seven (7) days after being issued. The bonus bet cannot be combined with another bonus bet or profit boost. If the bonus bet is used on an event that is graded as a void or push, the bonus bet will be considered used and not returned. Bonus Bets are not available for use on any casino game, including but not limited to slots, table games, and live dealer games.
9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
Once received, the $10 Bonus Bet will be visible in the player’s bet slip. Bonus Bets are not withdrawable. See Sec. 11 below for more information.
10. Eligible Games
Sportsbook parlay wagers must be a minimum of $10 and have final odds of +200 or greater (ex. +200, +350, etc.). Bonus Bet is eligible on any sportsbook wager. Bonus Bets are not available for use on any casino game, including but not limited to slots, table games, and live dealer games.
11. Restriction on Withdrawal
The Bonus Bets are non-transferable and cannot be substituted except in Mohegan Digital’s sole discretion. Bonus Bets are non-withdrawable, but any winnings therefrom are immediately withdrawable. Bonus bet expires seven (7) days after being issued.
12. Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact customer support at support@playfallsview.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any real money funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, you will forfeit any unused Bonus Bet remaining in your account. Mohegan Digital reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion in its entirety at any time. Mohegan Digital also withholds the right, in its discretion, to exclude any individual or individuals from participation.
13. Gambling Problem
If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is available. Call 1-866-531-2600 or visit connexontario.ca. All iGO gaming must occur exclusively within the Province of Ontario. MGE Digital Canada Inc. operates pursuant to an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario.
14. Other Additional Information
Administration: Mohegan Digital expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital. Mohegan Digital reserves the right to restrict at any time any Casino Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
Release and Waiver of Liability: By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, gaming license partners, advertising and promotion agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) your participation in the Promotion; and (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Promotion-related activity, including those damages caused by Mohegan Digital’s own negligence. Mohegan Digital expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, MOHEGAN DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO REDEMPTION OF THE PROMOTION, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF MOHEGAN DIGITAL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Miscellaneous: The full Terms and Conditions of PlayFallsview.com (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/terms) are hereby incorporated by reference. If any provision contained herein conflicts with the PlayFallsview.com Terms and Conditions, the provisions established in the Terms and Conditions of this offer shall prevail. No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof, nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
