Steps to Qualify
Wager at least $200 on eligible slot, table, video poker or live dealer games on 2 days to receive 10% back on net loss. Wager at least $200 on the 3rd day and you’ll earn a higher percentage bonus back on Net Losses. Wager at least $200 on the 4th day and you’ll earn the highest percentage bonus back on Net Losses available.
Earn a bonus back on your Net Losses from 10% to 20%, up to $200 Casino Bonus if you have a minimum net loss of $10.

Terms And Conditions
1. Description of Promotion
Welcome to the Winter Days promotion (the “Promotion”), where players who wager at least Two Hundred Dollars ($200) on eligible slot, table, video poker or live dealer games on at least two (2) Qualifying Days during the promotional period and who accrue a minimum Net Loss of Ten Dollars ($10) will receive between Ten Percent (10%) to Twenty Percent (20%) back on their Net Losses. The more days played, the higher the bonus could be, up to Two-Hundred Dollars ($200) in Casino Bonus.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion will begin on March 31, 2025 at 12:00am ET and end on May 1, 2025 at 11:59pm ET (the “Promotion Period”), with each Promotion Day during the Promotion Period being a “Qualifying Day”.
Promotion Days:
- Monday, March 31, 2025 at 12:00 AM ET – Thursday, April 3, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET
- Monday, April 14, 2025 at 12:00 AM ET – Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET
- Monday, April 28, 2025 at 12:00 AM ET – Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 19 years of age and are physically present in Ontario during the Promotion Period. Self-excluded individuals are ineligible. Employees, officers and directors of Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Promotion Bonus (as defined below).
4. Action Required
Players must wager at least Two Hundred Dollars ($200) on eligible slot, table, video poker or live dealer games on at least two (2) Qualifying Days and who accrue a minimum Net Loss of Ten Dollars ($10) during the promotional period will receive Ten Percent (10%) to Twenty Percent (20%) back on their Net Losses up to Two-Hundred Dollars ($200) in Casino Bonus. If you are participating in 2+ promotions with wagering requirements, your wagers will count towards the first opted-in promotion until completed.
Example: Player meets the action required on 2 out of the 4 days, and has a net loss of $200 they will receive 10% back on those losses, totaling $20 Casino Bonus.
If a player meets the action required on 3 days, and has a net loss of $500 they will receive 15% back on those losses, totaling $75 Casino Bonus.
If a player meets the action required on all 4 days, and has a net loss of $750 they will receive 20% back on those losses, totaling $150 Casino Bonus.
5. Claiming Promotion Offer
If you satisfy the Action Required on two (2) Qualifying Days during the promotional period, you will receive Casino Bonus equal to Ten Percent (10%) of your Net Losses, up to One-Hundred ($100).
If you satisfy the Action Required on three (3) Qualifying Days during the promotional period, you will receive Casino Bonus equal to Fifteen Percent (15%) of your Net Losses, up to One Hundred Fifty ($150).
If you satisfy the Action Required on four (4) Qualifying Days during the promotional period, you will receive Casino Bonus equal to Twenty Percent (20%) of your Net Losses, up to Two-Hundred ($200).
For the purpose of this promotion, “Net Loss” shall be equal to total amount of “real money” (e.g. non-Casino Bonus) wagered minus winnings. Casino Bonus will be applied within 72 hours of the day following each set of Promotional Days. Casino Bonus recipients will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Casino Bonus received, regardless of whether the Casino Bonus, in whole or in part, is used. The Promotion Bonus value may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.
Eligible individuals must have an active PlayFallsview account in order to participate in this Promotion and verify your identity in order to play on PlayFallsview. Creating an Account at PlayFallsview or on the PlayFallsview mobile application is free. By submitting your information and creating a Casino Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Privacy Policy (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/privacy-policy) and Terms (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/terms). If you do not agree to Terms and Privacy Policy, you cannot create a Casino Account or participate in this Promotion.
7. Limitations on Participation
In addition to the eligibility requirements and limitations established in these Terms and Conditions—and in the general Terms and Conditions of PlayFallsview.com, Mohegan Digital, in its sole discretion not to be exercised unreasonably, reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Limit of one (1) Bonus per person per week of the Promotion Period as identified in Section 2 “Promotion Days”.
8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
The wagering requirement of 1x (one time) must be met within seven (7) days to convert Restricted Funds, including Deposits, Casino Bonus and/or any bonus winnings to withdrawable funds. “Wagering requirements” refer to the amount of money players stake during the betting process, relative to the amount of Restricted Funds – otherwise known as the amount rollover. Wagering contribution percentage for casino games varies, see below for more details.
Game Contribution to Wagering Requirements:

- Blackjack, Roulette, Video Poker: 10%
- Baccarat, Craps: 5%
- Live Dealer: 0%
- Sportsbook: 0%
Note: Deposits, Bonuses and any winnings associated, are not eligible for withdrawal until play through requirements are met. See Section 11 “Restriction on Withdrawal” for more information.
9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
As is noted in Sec. 11 below, money deposited to satisfy promotional requirements, Casino Bonus, and any winnings drawn from either are considered Restricted Funds. As a result, they are subject to Wagering Requirements.
When Casino Bonus is issued, funds used for wagering are drawn from Real Money (non-bonus) deposits, if any, before Casino Bonus is used. Once deposited funds are used, wagers are drawn from Casino Bonus. Any winnings associated with either the Casino Bonus or deposits are added to the Restricted Funds balance. Upon completion of wagering requirements, as established in Sec. 8, any restricted funds associated with this promotion will be added to your unrestricted account balance. Subsequent wagers are debited from the unrestricted account balance.
10. Eligible Games
Real money cash wagers on any slot, table, video poker and live dealer games other than the current active game of Game of the Week – are eligible for this promotion.
11. Restriction on Withdrawal
Any Deposits, Casino Bonus, and/or winnings associated with this campaign are non-withdrawable (“Restricted”) until the wager requirement established in Sec. 8 above is fulfilled. In the event that the wager requirement is not met within the time period established in Sec. 8, any remaining restricted bonus funds and/or restricted winnings will be forfeit and removed from your Player Account.
The Casino Bonus is not transferable and cannot be substituted except in Mohegan Digital’s sole discretion.
12. Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact customer support at support@playfallsview.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any real money funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, you will forfeit any unused Promotion Bonus amount remaining in your account.

14. Other Additional Information
Administration: Mohegan Digital expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital. Mohegan Digital reserves the right to restrict at any time any Casino Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
Release and Waiver of Liability: By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, gaming license partners, advertising and promotion agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) your participation in the Promotion; and (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Promotion-related activity, including those damages caused by Mohegan Digital’s own negligence. Mohegan Digital expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, MOHEGAN DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO REDEMPTION OF THE PROMOTION, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF MOHEGAN DIGITAL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

If any provision contained herein conflicts with the PlayFallsview.com Terms and Conditions, the provisions established in the Terms and Conditions of this offer shall prevail.
