1. Description of Promotion
Eligible invited PlayFallsview Online Casino players can receive a Deposit Match Slot Casino Bonus offer as specified in the offer invitation. The promotion will take place on specified Promotional Dates from October 5, 2026 – April 5, 2027.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on October 5th, 2026, at 12:00am ET and ends on April 5th, 2027, at 11:59pm ET (the “Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 19 years of age, are physically present in Ontario during the Promotion Period, and who have an active player account on PlayFallsview.com. Self-excluded individuals are ineligible. Employees, officers and directors of MGE Digital Canada Inc., its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive Slot Casino Bonus.
4. Action Required
If invited by MGE Digital Canada Inc., opt in to the offer by selecting the offer in the deposit menu and then making a minimum deposit of $10. Users have 7 days following receipt of the invitation to act on this offer.
5. Claiming Promotion Offer
Upon satisfying the Action Required, players will receive a Slot Casino Bonus equal to 50% of your deposit amount, up to $50 in Slot Casino Bonus. Unused Slot Casino Bonus will expire seven (7) days after being credited to your account. Bonus issued as non-withdrawable site credit. Slot Casino Bonus recipients are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Slot Casino Bonus received, regardless of whether the Slot Casino Bonus, in whole or in part, is used. The Bonus value may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.

Creating an account at www.PlayFallsview.com or on PlayFallsview.com mobile application is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the PlayFallsview.com Privacy Policy (https://playfallsview.com/article/privacy-policy) and Terms and Conditions (https://playfallsview.com/article/terms). If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, you cannot create an account or participate in the Promotion.
7. Limitations on Participation
In addition to the eligibility requirements and limitations established in these Terms and Conditions, and in the general Terms and Conditions of PlayFallsview.com, MGE Digital Canada Inc. reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any promotion for any reason, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous promotion in good faith. Deposits placed to satisfy the promotion requirements will not satisfy any deposit or other promotion requirements for a separate PlayFallsview.com promotion. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Limit of one (1) Slot Casino Bonus award per person.
8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
The wagering requirement of 1x (one time) must be met within seven (7) days to convert Restricted Funds, including Slot Casino Bonus and/or any bonus winnings to withdrawable funds. “Wagering requirements” refer to the amount of money players stake during the betting process, relative to the amount of Restricted Funds – otherwise known as the amount rollover.
Game Contribution to Wagering Requirement percentage for each game can be found on the game information screen (
icon on game tile). Some Slot Games do not contribute.

Note: Slot Casino Bonuses and any winnings associated are not eligible for withdrawal until wagering requirements are met. See Section 11 “Restriction on Withdrawal” for more information.
9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
As is noted in Section 11 below, money deposited to satisfy promotional requirements, Slot Casino Bonus, and any winnings drawn from either are considered “Restricted Funds.” As a result, they are subject to Wagering Requirements.
When Slot Casino Bonus is issued, funds used for wagering are drawn from Real Money (non-bonus) deposits, if any, before Slot Casino Bonus is used. Once deposited funds are used, wagers are drawn from Slot Casino Bonus. Any winnings associated with either the Slot Casino Bonus or deposits are added to the Restricted Funds balance. Upon completion of wagering requirements, as established in Section 8, any restricted funds associated with this promotion will be added to your unrestricted account balance. Subsequent wagers are debited from the unrestricted account balance.
10. Eligible Games
Most Casino Slot Games are eligible to contribute to the wagering requirement for the promotion. Live Dealer, Table Games, Video Poker and Sportsbook are excluded.
11. Restriction on Withdrawal
Any Deposits, Slot Casino Bonus, and/or bonus winnings associated with this campaign are non-withdrawable (“Restricted”) until the wagering requirement established in Section 8 above is fulfilled. In the event that the wagering requirement is not met within the time period established in Section 8, any remaining restricted bonus funds and/or restricted winnings will be forfeit and removed from your account.
The Slot Casino Bonus is not transferable and cannot be substituted except in MGE Digital Canada Inc.’s sole discretion.
12. Cancellation
Participants may cancel their bonus by contacting support@playfallsview.com. Upon request for cancellation, we will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the player’s account. If the player elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a player’s account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions. MGE Digital Canada Inc. reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion in its entirety at any time. MGE Digital Canada Inc. also withholds the right, at its discretion, to exclude any individual or individuals from participation.

Administration: MGE Digital Canada Inc. expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of MGE Digital Canada Inc. MGE Digital Canada Inc. reserves the right to restrict at any time any account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of MGE Digital Canada Inc. and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
