25% Profit Boost valid on pro football Same Game Parlays each Sunday.
Minimum of 3 legs and odds +300 or longer (ex. +350, +600).

Terms And Conditions

1. Description of Promotion

For the Gridiron Glory promotion (the “Promotion”), players are eligible to receive a 25% “Profit Boost” each Sunday during the Promotion Period.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is available each Sunday, between September 12th, 2026, at 12:00am ET and January 10th, 2027, at 11:59pm ET (the “Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals who are at least 19 years of age and are physically present in Ontario during the Promotion Period. Self-excluded individuals are ineligible.

Employees, officers and directors of Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Profit Boost.

4. Action Required

Build an NFL Same Game Parlay with at least 3 legs from any game taking place during the Promotion Period that meets the minimum final odds requirement of +300 or longer. Select the Profit Boost which will appear in the betslip, then place the wager.

5. Claiming Promotion Offer

After completing the Action Required (see Section 4), no additional action is required, as any additional winnings will be credited to your account upon bet settlement.

6. Registration Procedures

Eligible individuals must have their identity verified and an active PlayFallsview account in order to participate in any promotion or play on PlayFallsview. Creating an account at PlayFallsview or on the PlayFallsview mobile application is free. By submitting your information and creating an account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Privacy Policy (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/privacy-policy) and Terms and Conditions (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/terms). Individuals who do not agree to the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions cannot create an account or participate in this Promotion.

7. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the eligibility requirements and limitations established in these Terms and Conditions, and in the general Terms and Conditions of PlayFallsview.com, Mohegan Digital, in its sole discretion (not to be exercised unreasonably), reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any promotion for any reason, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous promotion in good faith.

This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Limit one (1) Profit Boost per player, per Sunday of the Promotion Period.

8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Only Sunday NFL Same Game Parlays that meet the minimum odds requirement of +300 or longer are eligible. Parlay must have a minimum of 3 legs. Maximum wager is $25. Limit $1,000 added winnings per boost. Wagers that are cashed out will not be eligible. Limit one (1) Profit Boost per player, per Sunday of the Promotion Period.

Offer cannot be combined with any additional promotions or rewards.

9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering

Order of funds used for wagering is not applicable to this Promotion. Player cash balance is utilized when placing qualifying wagers.

10. Eligible Games

Gridiron Glory is only available for use on Sunday NFL Same Game Parlays that have 3+ legs, meet the minimum odds requirement of +300 or longer and do not exceed the maximum wager of $25.

11. Restriction on Withdrawal

There are no restrictions on withdrawal from this Promotion.

12. Cancellation

All sports and event wagers associated with this Promotion may be voided in accordance with our Sportsbook rules (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/sportsbook-rules), which are hereby incorporated by reference.

Administration: Mohegan Digital expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital. Mohegan Digital reserves the right to restrict at any time any account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.

Release and Waiver of Liability: By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, gaming license partners, advertising and promotion agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) your participation in the Promotion; and (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Promotion-related activity, including those damages caused by Mohegan Digital’s own negligence. Mohegan Digital expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, MOHEGAN DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO REDEMPTION OF THE PROMOTION, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF MOHEGAN DIGITAL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
