Terms And Conditions
1. Description of Promotion
Welcome to the Mega Vault promotion (the “Promotion”), where each day during the promotional period, players from participating operators who place one or more real money wagers on the Promotion Games (see Sec. 10) are eligible for the Daily Prize Pool. Players must opt-in only once to the promotion using the promotional widget within any of the eligible games before earning entries.
Any cash wager on the Promotion Games (see Sec. 10) has a chance of triggering a random Prize from the Daily Prize Pool (See Sec.5).
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion will begin on September 4, 2025 at 12:00am ET and end on September 14, 2025 at 11:59pm ET (the “Promotion Period”).
First Promo Period: Thursday, September 4 at 12:00 AM ET – Sunday, September 7, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET
Second Promo Period: Thursday, September 11 at 12:00 AM ET – Sunday, September 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET
The First Promo Period and the Second Promo Period together being the “Aggregated Promo Period”
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 19 years of age and are physically present in Ontario during the Promotion Period. Self-excluded individuals are ineligible. Employees, officers and directors of Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Promotion Bonus (as defined below).
4. Action Required
Participants must opt-in and make one or more real money wagers on Promotion Games during the Promotional Period to be eligible for the Daily Prize Pool. Players are only required to opt-in once during the Promotional Period from any of the Promotion Games (See Sec. 10).
5. Claiming Promotion Offer
Any Cash wager placed on a Promotion Game during the Promo Period has a chance of triggering a random Prize from the Prize Drop. Up to 4424 Prizes are awarded via the Daily Prize Pool during the Aggregated Promo Period. Up to 553 Prizes per day are awarded via the Daily Prize Pool during the Aggregated Promo Period. An Entrant may win more than (1) one Prize via the Daily Prize Pool mechanic during the Promo Period.
If a winning player cannot be contacted successfully, the prize award may be declared void, consequent to which the prize shall not be allocated to any other participant.

Winners will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes received, regardless of whether the Casino Bonus, in whole or in part, is used. The Promotion Bonus value may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.
Eligible individuals must have an active PlayFallsview account in order to participate in this Promotion and verify your identity in order to play on PlayFallsview. Creating an Account at PlayFallsview or on the PlayFallsview mobile application is free. By submitting your information and creating a Casino Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Privacy Policy (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/privacy-policy) and Terms (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/terms) . If you do not agree to Terms and Privacy Policy, you cannot create a Casino Account or participate in this Promotion.
7. Limitations on Participation
In addition to the eligibility requirements and limitations established in these Terms and Conditions—and in the general Terms and Conditions of PlayFallsview.com, Mohegan Digital, in its sole discretion not to be exercised unreasonably, reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Entrant may win more than (1) one Prize Drop during the Promotion Period.
8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
Wagering requirements are not applicable to this promotion, as all prizes will be issued in real money cash funds.
9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
Order of Funds used for Wagering is not applicable to this promotion.
10. Eligible Games
Only real money cash wagers on the below-noted games during the promotional period, as established in Sec. 2, are eligible for this promotion.

11. Restriction on Withdrawal
There are no restrictions on withdrawal from the Mega Vault Promotion, as all prizes will be issued in real money cash funds which are immediately withdrawable.
12. Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact customer support at support@playfallsview.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any real money funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, you will forfeit any unused Promotion Bonus amount remaining in your account.
13. Gambling Problem

14. Other Additional Information
Administration: Mohegan Digital expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital. Mohegan Digital reserves the right to restrict at any time any Casino Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
Release and Waiver of Liability: By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, gaming license partners, advertising and promotion agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) your participation in the Promotion; and (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Promotion-related activity, including those damages caused by Mohegan Digital’s own negligence. Mohegan Digital expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, MOHEGAN DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO REDEMPTION OF THE PROMOTION, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF MOHEGAN DIGITAL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

If any provision contained herein conflicts with the PlayFallsview.com Terms and Conditions, the provisions established in the Terms and Conditions of this offer shall prevail. No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof, nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
