Terms And Conditions
1. Description of Promotion – Legacy Courtesy Bonus
PlayFallsview (“We,” “Us,” “Fallsview,” PlayFallsview”) will offer players discretionary Courtesy Casino Bonus, Legacy Courtesy Bonus (the “Promotion”), from time-to-time to meet business and customer service needs. These terms and conditions are applicable to all Courtesy Bonuses offered to Players, unless otherwise specified at the time of offer.
Courtesy Bonus amounts will vary at the discretion of the PlayFallsview Casino. Players will be notified of the amount at the time of the offer. All Courtesy Bonuses carry a 1X Wagering Requirement, as defined herein, on slots games, table games, and video poker (as defined below with game contribution percentages). All live dealer games excluded. Players must meet Courtesy Bonus Wagering Requirements within five (5) calendar days of acceptance.
2. Promotion Period
- Select patrons will be invited to participate in the promotion via email communication. The promotional period for each patron will be specified in the email communication and will remain valid for 7 days from the date the email is received.
- For example, while the promotion is available during the overarching promotional period, each recipient is assigned a 7-day promotional window. If a patron receives the promotional email on a Monday, their offer will expire at midnight on Monday of the following week.
This Promotion will be active to select users from Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 12:00am ET through Friday, December 26, 2025 at 11:59pm ET. Users have 7 days following receipt of offer to claim the courtesy bonus.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 19 years of age, are physically present in Ontario during the Promotion Period, and who have an Active Player Account on PlayFallsview.com. Self-excluded individuals are ineligible. Employees, officers and directors of Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Promotion Bonus (as defined below).
Only those Players receiving direct an invitation or notice of participation from a PlayFallsview (Mohegan Digital) employee or agent are eligible. Courtesy Bonus offers valid only for the dates specified at the time of offer, and as identified herein. Courtesy Bonus offer does not guarantee future eligibility for participation.
4. Action Required
After you have received an invitation or notice of participation from a PlayFallsview (Mohegan Digital) employee or agent, sign in to your Player Account and go to the “Available Bonus Offers” section to view and accept your Courtesy Bonus. Once complete you may use your bonus funds on any slots games, table games, and video poker.
5. Claiming Promotion Offer
Once you have received and accepted your Courtesy Bonus offer as defined herein, the bonus credits will appear on your Player Account balance.
Eligible individuals must have an active PlayFallsview account in order to participate in this Promotion and verify your identity in order to play on PlayFallsview. Creating an Account at PlayFallsview or on the PlayFallsview mobile application is free. By submitting your information and creating a Casino Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Privacy Policy (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/privacy-policy) and Terms (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/terms). If you do not agree to Terms and Privacy Policy, you cannot create a Casino Account or participate in this Promotion.
7. Limitations on Participation
In addition to the eligibility requirements in these Terms and Conditions—and in the general Terms and Conditions of PlayFallsview.com— Mohegan Digital, in its sole discretion not to be exercised unreasonably, reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. Deposits placed to satisfy the Promotion Requirements will not satisfy any deposit or other promotion requirements for a separate promotion. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Limit of one (1) bonus per invitation.
8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
The wagering requirement of 1x (one time) must be met within five (5) days to convert Restricted Funds, including Deposits, Casino Bonus and/or any bonus winnings to withdrawable funds. “Wagering requirements” refer to the amount of money players stake during the betting process, relative to the amount of Restricted Funds – otherwise known as the amount rollover. Wagering contribution percentage for casino games varies, see below for more details.
Game Contribution to Wagering Requirements:
- Slots: 100%
- Blackjack, Roulette, Video Poker: 10%
- Baccarat, Craps: 5%
- Live Dealer: 0%
Note: Deposits, Bonuses and any winnings associated, are not eligible for withdrawal until wagering requirements are met. See Section 11 “Restriction on Withdrawal” for more information.
Players have five (5) calendar days to satisfy the Wagering Requirements from the day the bonus funds are awarded. Failing to do so will result in the expiration and any remaining bonus amount shall be forfeit.
9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
As is noted in Sec. 11 below, money deposited to satisfy promotional requirements, Casino Bonus, and any winnings drawn from either are considered Restricted Funds. As a result, they are subject to Wagering Requirements.
When Casino Bonus is issued, funds used for wagering are drawn from Real Money (non-bonus) deposits, if any, before Casino Bonus is used. Once deposited funds are used, wagers are drawn from Casino Bonus. Any winnings associated with either the Casino Bonus or deposits are added to the Restricted Funds balance. Upon completion of wagering requirements, as established in Sec. 8, any restricted funds associated with this promotion will be added to your unrestricted account balance. Subsequent wagers are debited from the unrestricted account balance.
10. Eligible Games
Casino slot games, table games, and video poker are eligible to contribute to the 1x (one time) wagering requirement of the Courtesy Bonus promotion. Live dealer games excluded.
11. Restriction on Withdrawal
Any Deposits, Casino Bonus, and/or winnings associated with this campaign are non-withdrawable (“Restricted”) until the wager requirement established in Sec. 8 above is fulfilled. In the event that the wager requirement is not met within the time period established in Sec. 8, any remaining restricted bonus funds and/or restricted winnings will be forfeit and removed from your Player Account. The Casino Bonus is not transferable and cannot be substituted except in Mohegan Digital’s sole discretion.
12. Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact customer support at support@playfallsview.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any real money funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, you will forfeit any unused Promotion Bonus amount remaining in your account. Mohegan Digital reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion in its entirety at any time. Mohegan Digital also withholds the right, in its discretion, to exclude any individual or individuals from participation.

14. Other Additional Information
Administration: Mohegan Digital expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital. Mohegan Digital reserves the right to restrict at any time any Casino Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
Release and Waiver of Liability: By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, gaming license partners, advertising and promotion agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) your participation in the Promotion; and (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Promotion-related activity, including those damages caused by Mohegan Digital’s own negligence. Mohegan Digital expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, MOHEGAN DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO REDEMPTION OF THE PROMOTION, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF MOHEGAN DIGITAL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Miscellaneous: The full Terms and Conditions of PlayFallsview.com (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/terms) are hereby incorporated by reference. If any provision contained herein conflicts with the PlayFallsview.com Terms and Conditions, the provisions established in the Terms and Conditions of this offer shall prevail. No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof, nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
