Terms And Conditions

1. Description of Promotion

The $20,000 VIP Leaderboard promotion (the “Promotion”). Gives participants the opportunity to win a share of a $20,000 Slot Casino Bonus prize pool.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion will begin on May 18, 2026, at 12:00am ET and end on May 31, 2026, at 11:59pm ET (the “Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 19 years of age and are physically present in Ontario during the Promotion Period. Self-excluded individuals are ineligible. Employees, officers and directors of Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Prize.

4. Action Required

If invited by Mohegan Digital, log in to your account during the Promotion Period and play any Casino Games.

Leaderboard points earned will only begin once the promotion period starts.

PLAY REQUIREMENT: Once the promotion begins, players will earn (i) five (5) points for every one dollar ($1) wagered on slot games and (ii) one (1) point for every one dollar ($1) wagered on table games, live dealer and video poker.

Players must earn at least 1 leaderboard point to be eligible for a prize.

Players may earn unlimited leaderboard points during the Promotion Period.

5. Claiming Promotion Offer

Based on the number of points you have accumulated, you will earn a placement on the Leaderboard during the Promotion Period.

Players will be ranked on a shared leaderboard daily by 1:00pm ET according to points earned.

In the event of a tie that affects prize awarding, the tied users will be assigned numbers using a random number generator. Those numbers will then be sorted (ascending) and the resulting order will be considered the order of placement on the leaderboard.

If there is any interruption or disruption resulting in the need to end this promotion before the intended end time, any players who wagered at least the minimum amount required to earn 1 point will be considered eligible to receive a prize.

Eligible players will be ranked according to their qualifying wagers from the start time of Promotion to the time the Promotion was discontinued and will be credited according to the leaderboard prize table outlined below. 

In the event of a system issue resulting in incorrect tabulation of scores, Mohegan Digital may manually recalculate scores outside of the leaderboard program to produce accurate rankings; these recalculated rankings may not match the scores displayed on the leaderboard itself.

Slot Casino Bonuses will be awarded within 7 business days of the end of the Promotion Period.
Players may only win once during the Promotion Period.

Prizes will be awarded in the form of a Slot Casino Bonus and will be distributed to the top 75 ranked players according to the table below:

If there are fewer than 75 total participants at the end of the Promotion Period, all remaining prizes will be forfeited and not distributed.

6. Registration Procedures

Eligible individuals must have their identity verified and an active PlayFallsview account in order to participate in any promotion or play on PlayFallsview. Creating an account at PlayFallsview or on the PlayFallsview mobile application is free. By submitting your information and creating an account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Privacy Policy (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/privacy-policy) and Terms and Conditions (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/terms). If you do not agree to Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, you cannot create an account or participate in the Promotion.

7. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the eligibility requirements and limitations established in these Terms and Conditions, and in the general Terms and Conditions of PlayFallsview.com, Mohegan Digital, in its sole discretion not to be exercised unreasonably, reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any promotion for any reason, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

The wagering requirement of 1x (one time) must be met within seven (7) days to convert Restricted Funds, including Deposits, Slot Casino Bonus and/or any bonus winnings to withdrawable funds. “Wagering requirements” refer to the amount of money players stake during the betting process, relative to the amount of Restricted Funds – otherwise known as the amount rollover. Wagering contribution percentage for casino games varies, see below for more details.

9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering

When a bonus is issued, money for wagers is first taken from the restricted amount which is subject to wagering restrictions. Money is taken from restricted deposit amount first, if any, before using the bonus money. Any winnings first replenish the bonus and the restricted deposit and are used next. Upon completion of wagering requirements, any restricted amount including winnings will be credited to player’s unrestricted account balance, and any subsequent wagers will be debited from the unrestricted account balance.

11. Restriction on Withdrawal

Any Slot Casino Bonus, and/or winnings associated with this campaign are non-withdrawable (“Restricted”) until the wager requirement established in Section 8 above is fulfilled. In the event that the wager requirement is not met within the time period established in Section 8, any remaining restricted bonus funds and/or restricted winnings will be forfeit and removed from your account. Slot Casino Bonus is not transferable and cannot be substituted except in Mohegan Digital’s sole discretion.

12. Cancellation

Participants may cancel their bonus prior to satisfying wagering requirements by contacting customer support at support@playfallsview.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any real money funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, you will forfeit any unused Slot Casino Bonus amount remaining in your account.

Mohegan Digital reserves the right to restrict at any time any account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason.
