Terms And Conditions

1. Description of Promotion

The Canada Day VIP Leaderboard promotion (the “Promotion”). Gives participants the opportunity to win two tickets to the Canada Day (Toronto vs. New York) game on July 1st, 2026, at 3:07pm ET. The other top 24 players will receive a Slot Casino Bonus according to the table in Section 5.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion will begin on June 1, 2026, at 12:00am ET and end on June 21, 2026, at 11:59pm ET (the “Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 19 years of age and are physically present in Ontario during the Promotion Period. Self-excluded individuals are ineligible. Employees, officers and directors of Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Prize.

4. Action Required

If invited by Mohegan Digital, log in to your account during the Promotion Period and play any Casino Games.

Leaderboard points earned will only begin once the promotion period starts.

PLAY REQUIREMENT: Once the promotion begins, players will earn (i) five (5) points for every twenty-five dollars ($25) wagered on slot games and (ii) one (1) point for every five dollars ($5) wagered on table games, live dealer and video poker.

Players must earn at least 1 leaderboard point to be eligible for a prize.

Players may earn unlimited leaderboard points during the Promotion Period.

5. Claiming Promotion Offer

Based on the number of points you have accumulated, you will earn a placement on the Leaderboard during the Promotion Period.

Players will be ranked on a shared leaderboard daily by 5:00pm ET according to points earned.

In the event of a tie that affects prize awarding, the tied users will be assigned numbers using a random number generator. Those numbers will then be sorted (ascending), and the resulting order will be considered the order of placement on the leaderboard.

If there is any interruption or disruption resulting in the need to end this promotion before the intended end time, any players who wagered at least the minimum amount required to earn 1 point will be considered eligible to receive a prize.

Eligible players will be ranked according to their qualifying wagers from the start time of Promotion to the time the Promotion was discontinued and will be credited according to the leaderboard prize table outlined below.

In the event of a system issue resulting in incorrect tabulation of scores, Mohegan Digital may manually recalculate scores outside of the leaderboard program to produce accurate rankings; these recalculated rankings may not match the scores displayed on the leaderboard itself.

First place winner will be notified by a member of the MGE Digital Gaming Department who will provide instructions on how to claim their prize. The Canada Day (Toronto vs. New York) game top prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. If the selected winner doesn’t respond within 5 days of being contacted, they are ineligible to receive their prize, and another winner will not be selected.

Prize won may be subject to forfeiture if it is verified by MGE management that the winner’s participation in the event did not meet the entry requirements for partaking in the Promotion as established in the Terms and Conditions. Any attempted forgery of points shall be deemed invalid, and all participants involved will be subject to appropriate legal action.

Slot Casino Bonuses will be awarded within 7 business days of the end of the Promotion Period.

Players may only win once during the Promotion Period.

Other prizes will be awarded in the form of a Slot Casino Bonus and will be distributed to the top ranked players according to the table below:

If there are fewer than 25 total participants at the end of the Promotion Period, all remaining prizes will be forfeited and not distributed.

6. Registration Procedures

Eligible individuals must have their identity verified and an active PlayFallsview account in order to participate in any promotion or play on PlayFallsview. Creating an account at PlayFallsview or on the PlayFallsview mobile application is free. By submitting your information and creating an account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Privacy Policy (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/privacy-policy) and Terms and Conditions (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/terms). If you do not agree to Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, you cannot create an account or participate in the Promotion.

7. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the eligibility requirements and limitations established in these Terms and Conditions, and in the general Terms and Conditions of PlayFallsview.com, Mohegan Digital, in its sole discretion not to be exercised unreasonably, reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any promotion for any reason, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

The wagering requirement of 1x (one time) must be met within seven (7) days to convert Restricted Funds, including Slot Casino Bonus and/or any bonus winnings to withdrawable funds. “Wagering requirements” refer to the amount of money players stake during the betting process, relative to the amount of Restricted Funds – otherwise known as the amount rollover.

Game Contribution to Wagering Requirement percentage for each game can be found on the game information screen (ⓘ icon on game tile). Some Slot Games do not contribute. General contribution percentages are as follows:

Note: Slot Casino Bonuses and any winnings associated are not eligible for withdrawal until wagering requirements are met. See Section 11 “Restriction on Withdrawal” for more information.

9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering

As noted in Section 11 below, Slot Casino Bonus, and any winnings drawn from either are considered Restricted Funds. As a result, they are subject to Wagering Requirements.

When Casino Bonus is issued, funds used for wagering are drawn from Real Money (non-bonus) deposits, if any, before Slot Casino Bonus is used. Once deposited funds are used, wagers are drawn from Slot Casino Bonus. Any winnings associated with the Slot Casino Bonus are added to the Restricted Funds balance. Upon completion of wagering requirements, as established in Section 8, any restricted funds associated with the Promotion will be added to your unrestricted account balance. Subsequent wagers are debited from the unrestricted account balance.

10. Eligible Games

Wagers on all Casino Games are eligible for this promotion. Slot Casino Bonus awarded from this promotion may be used on casino slot games only.

11. Restriction on Withdrawal

Any Slot Casino Bonus, and/or winnings associated with this campaign are non-withdrawable (“Restricted”) until the wager requirement established in Section 8 above is fulfilled. In the event that the wager requirement is not met within the time period established in Section 8, any remaining restricted bonus funds and/or restricted winnings will be forfeit and removed from your account. Slot Casino Bonus is not transferable and cannot be substituted except in Mohegan Digital’s sole discretion.

12. Cancellation

Participants may cancel their bonus prior to satisfying wagering requirements by contacting customer support at support@playfallsview.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any real money funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, you will forfeit any unused Slot Casino Bonus amount remaining in your account.

Administration: Mohegan Digital expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital. Mohegan Digital reserves the right to restrict at any time any account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.

Release and Waiver of Liability: By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, gaming license partners, advertising and promotion agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) your participation in the Promotion; and (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Slot Casino Bonus, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any promotion-related activity, including those damages caused by Mohegan Digital’s own negligence. Mohegan Digital expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the Slot Casino Bonus.
