Terms And Conditions

1. Description of Promotion

Welcome to the Game of the Week Bonus Back promotion (the “Promotion”), where players who place one or more real-money wagers on an Eligible Game during its Promotion Week (as defined herein) and accrue a minimum net loss of $5 during the Promotion Week will receive 15% of their net losses, up to $100 in Slot Casino Bonus.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion will begin on June 1, 2026, at 12:00am ET and end on June 28, 2026, at 11:59pm ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Promotion Weeks and Eligible Games are as follows:

Cash Cow Bonus Wheel – June 1, 2026, at 12:00am ET – June 7, 2026, at 11:59pm ET;
Xiao Fu Bao 2 – June 8, 2026, at 12:00am ET – June 14, 2026, at 11:59pm ET;

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 19 years of age and are physically present in Ontario during the Promotion Period and who have an active account on PlayFallsView.com. Self-excluded individuals are ineligible. Employees, officers and directors of Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Slot Casino Bonus

4. Action Required

Players must place one or more real-money wagers on an Eligible Game during its Promotion Week and accrue a minimum Net Loss of at least $5 to qualify for 15% back on net losses, up to $100 in Slot Casino Bonus. Any potential Slot Casino Bonus will be issued within 72 hours of the end of the Promotion Week. If players are participating in 2 or more promotions with wagering requirements, wagers will count towards the first opted-in promotion until completed.

5. Claiming Promotion Offer

Upon satisfying the Action Required, players will qualify for a Slot Casino Bonus equal to 15% of their Net Losses, up to $100. For the purpose of this promotion, “Net Loss” shall be equal to total amount of “real money” (e.g. non-Slot Casino Bonus) wagered minus winnings.

Slot Casino Bonus will be applied within 72 hours of the end of the Promotion Week. Slot Casino Bonus recipients will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Slot Casino Bonus received, regardless of whether the Slot Casino Bonus, in whole or in part, is used. The Slot Casino Bonus value may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.

6. Registration Procedures

Eligible individuals must have their identity verified and an active PlayFallsview account in order to participate in any promotion or play on PlayFallsview. Creating an account at PlayFallsview or on the PlayFallsview mobile application is free. By submitting your information and creating an account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Privacy Policy (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/privacy-policy) and Terms and Conditions (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/terms). If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, you cannot create an account or participate in this Promotion.

7. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the eligibility requirements and limitations established in these Terms and Conditions, and in the general Terms and Conditions of PlayFallsview.com, Mohegan Digital, in its sole discretion not to be exercised unreasonably, reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any promotion for any reason, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Limit of one (1) Slot Casino Bonus per person, per Promotion Week, as identified in Section 2.

8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

The wagering requirement of 1x (one time) must be met within seven (7) days to convert Restricted Funds, including Slot Casino Bonus and/or any bonus winnings to withdrawable funds. “Wagering requirements” refer to the amount of money players stake during the betting process, relative to the amount of Restricted Funds – otherwise known as the amount rollover.

Game Contribution to Wagering Requirement percentage for each game can be found on the game information screen (ⓘ icon on game tile). Some Slot Games do not contribute. General contribution percentages are as follows:

Note: Slot Casino Bonuses and any winnings associated are not eligible for withdrawal until wagering requirements are met. See Section 11 “Restriction on Withdrawal” for more information.

9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering

As is noted in Section 11 below, money deposited to satisfy promotional requirements, Slot Casino Bonus, and any winnings drawn from either are considered Restricted Funds. As a result, they are subject to Wagering Requirements.

When Slot Casino Bonus is issued, funds used for wagering are drawn from real-money (non-bonus) deposits, if any, before Slot Casino Bonus is used. Once deposited funds are used, wagers are drawn from Slot Casino Bonus. Any winnings associated with either the Slot Casino Bonus or deposits are added to the Restricted Funds balance. Upon completion of wagering requirements, as established in Section 8, any restricted funds associated with this promotion will be added to your unrestricted account balance. Subsequent wagers are debited from the unrestricted account balance.

10. Eligible Games

Only real-money cash wagers on the below-noted games are eligible for this promotion.

11. Restriction on Withdrawal

Any Deposits, Slot Casino Bonus, and/or winnings associated with this campaign are non-withdrawable (“Restricted”) until the Wagering Requirements established in Section 8 above is fulfilled. In the event that the wager requirement is not met within the time period established in Section 8, any remaining restricted bonus funds and/or restricted winnings will be forfeit and removed from your account.

The Slot Casino Bonus is not transferable and cannot be substituted except in Mohegan Digital’s sole discretion.

12. Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact customer support at support@playfallsview.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any real-money funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, you will forfeit any unused Slot Casino Bonus amount remaining in your account.

Administration: Mohegan Digital expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital. Mohegan Digital reserves the right to restrict at any time any account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.

Release and Waiver of Liability: By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, gaming license partners, advertising and promotion agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) your participation in the Promotion; and (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Slot Casino Bonus, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Promotion-related activity, including those damages caused by Mohegan Digital’s own negligence. Mohegan Digital expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the Slot Casino Bonus.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, MOHEGAN DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO REDEMPTION OF THE PROMOTION, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF MOHEGAN DIGITAL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

If any provision contained herein conflicts with the PlayFallsview.com Terms and Conditions, the provisions established in the Terms and Conditions of this offer shall prevail. No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof, nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided.
