Terms And Conditions
1. Description of Promotion
Individuals invited to participate in Bet $1,000 and Get a $150 Slot Casino Bonus to use on World Soccer Fortunes (the “Promotion) will be able to opt in and place a minimum of $1,000 in real-money wagers on any combination of slot, table, video poker, and/or live dealer games to receive a $150 Slot Casino Bonus, that can be used on World Soccer Fortunes.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion will begin on June 23, 2026, at 12:00am ET, and end on June 24, 2026, at 11:59pm ET (the “Promotion Period”.)
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 19 years of age and are physically present in Ontario during the Promotion Period. Self-excluded individuals are ineligible. Employees, officers and directors of Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Slot Casino Bonus.
4. Action Required
If invited by Mohegan Digital, log in to your account during the Promotion Period, opt in to the Promotion (My Account > Rewards > Bonuses > My Bonus Offers) to activate the Promotion. Users must place a minimum of $1,000 in real-money wagers on any combination of slot, table, video poker, and/or live dealer games during the Promotion Period.
5. Claiming Promotion Offer
After satisfying the Action Required, no further action is required. $150 in Slot Casino Bonus, valid for use on World Soccer Fortunes, will be awarded. Slot Casino Bonus recipients will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Slot Casino Bonus received, regardless of whether the Slot Casino Bonus, in whole or in part, is used. The Slot Casino Bonus value may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.
Eligible individuals must have their identity verified and an active PlayFallsview account in order to participate in any promotion or play on PlayFallsview. 7. Limitations on Participation
In addition to the eligibility requirements and limitations established in these Terms and Conditions, and in the general Terms and Conditions of PlayFallsview.com, Mohegan Digital, in its sole discretion not to be exercised unreasonably, reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any promotion for any reason, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous promotion in good faith. If participating in 2 or more promotions with wagering requirements, wagers will count towards the first opted-in promotion until completed. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Limit of one (1) Slot Casino Bonus per person during the Promotion Period.
8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
The wagering requirement of 1x (one time) must be met within seven (7) days to convert Restricted Funds, including Slot Casino Bonus and/or any bonus winnings to withdrawable funds. “Wagering requirements” refer to the amount of money players stake during the betting process, relative to the amount of Restricted Funds – otherwise known as the amount rollover.
Game Contribution to Wagering Requirement percentage for each game can be found on the game information screen (
icon on game tile). Some Slot Games do not contribute. General contribution percentages are as follows:

Note: Slot Casino Bonuses and any winnings associated are not eligible for withdrawal until wagering requirements are met. See Section 11 “Restriction on Withdrawal” for more information.
9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
As is noted in Section 11 below, money deposited to satisfy promotional requirements, Slot Casino Bonus, and any winnings drawn from either are considered Restricted Funds. As a result, they are subject to Wagering Requirements.
When Slot Casino Bonus is issued, money for wagers is first taken from the restricted amount which is subject to wagering restrictions. Money is taken from restricted deposit amount first, if any, before using the Slot Casino Bonus money. Any winnings first replenish the bonus and the restricted deposit and are used next. Upon completion of wagering requirements, any restricted amount including winnings will be credited to player’s unrestricted account balance, and any subsequent wagers will be debited from the unrestricted account balance.
10. Eligible Games
Only real-money wagers on slot, table, video poker and/or live dealer games will count towards qualification for the Slot Casino Bonus award. Once awarded, the Slot Casino Bonus is only valid for use on World Soccer Fortunes.
11. Restriction on Withdrawal
Any Deposits, Slot Casino Bonus, and/or winnings associated with this campaign are non-withdrawable (“Restricted”) until the Wagering Requirements established in Section 8 above is fulfilled. In the event that the wager requirement is not met within the time period established in Section 8, any remaining restricted bonus funds and/or restricted winnings will be forfeit and removed from your account.
The Slot Casino Bonus is not transferable and cannot be substituted except in Mohegan Digital’s sole discretion.
12. Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact customer support at support@playfallsview.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any real money funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, you will forfeit any unused Slot Casino Bonus amount remaining in your account.
