Example: $10 played on Slots games will result in $10 towards meeting your wagering requirements. $10 played on all non-Slots game categories (0% wagering requirements) equate to $0 credited towards meeting wagering requirements.

  • If a customer attempts to withdraw while a Restricted Bonus balance exists, they will be prompted to continue and forfeit the balance (including any and all winnings made with Bonus Funds or a portion thereof) or cancel and exit the withdrawal process.
  • All forfeitures of Restricted Bonus may not be retrieved at a later time. All withdrawal submissions and forfeits are final and at the sole discretion of playfallsview.com
  • If the wagering requirements are not completed within seven days, the entire bonus balance (bonus + bonus winnings) will be removed from player’s account and forfeited.
  • The wagering requirement of 5x (five time) must be met to convert the bonus funds or bonus winnings to cash (i.e., withdrawable funds).
  • Therefore, the requirements specified above means that players must wager 5x (five times) the amount of the total winnings before they can withdraw any bonus funds and bonus winnings, which will be noted under bonus balance.
  • Wagering requirements refer to the amount of money players stake during the betting process, relative to the amount of the bonus – otherwise known as the amount turned over.
    • For example, a $10 bonus with a 5x rollover indicates the bettor must place a total sum of wagers equal to $50 before they can initiate a withdrawal.
Cancellation / Opt-Out
  • Players may cancel / opt-out of a promotion by contacting customer support via our Contact page.
  • Upon request for cancellation, customer support will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds (eligible for withdrawal) that will be returned and the value of Restricted Bonus balance (not eligible for withdrawal) that will be removed from the player’s iGaming account on playfallsview.com.
  • If a player elects to proceed with the cancellation & forfeiture of funds, all unrestricted bonus funds that are eligible to remain in the player’s iGaming account will be returned in accordance with the site terms and conditions.
