Terms And Conditions
1. Description of Promotion
Direct recipients of the Bonus Bet Drop promotion (the “Promotion”) can receive a Bonus Bet between $10 and $50. Bonus Bet is valid for seven (7) days after issuance and may be used on wagers with odds between -200 and +2000.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins August 17th, 2026, at 12:00am ET and ends February 16th, 2027, at 11:59pm ET (the “Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to individuals who are at least 19 years of age and are physically present in Ontario during the Promotion Period. Self-excluded individuals are ineligible.
Employees, officers and directors of Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Bonus Bet.
4. Action Required
Choose a bet with odds between -200 and +2000. Then, select the Bonus Bet which will appear in the betslip and place the bet
5. Claiming Promotion Offer
After completing the Action Required (see Section 4), no additional action is required, as any potential winnings will be credited to your account upon bet settlement. Offer cannot be combined with any additional promotions or rewards.
Eligible individuals must have their identity verified and an active PlayFallsview account in order to participate in any promotion or play on PlayFallsview. Creating an account at PlayFallsview or on the PlayFallsview mobile application is free. By submitting your information and creating an account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Privacy Policy (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/privacy-policy) and Terms and Conditions (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/terms). Individuals who do not agree to the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions cannot create an account or participate in this Promotion.
7. Limitations on Participation
In addition to the eligibility requirements and limitations established in these Terms and Conditions – and in the general Terms and Conditions of PlayFallsview.com, Mohegan Digital, in its sole discretion (not to be exercised unreasonably), reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any promotion for any reason, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous promotion in good faith.
This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Limit of one (1) Bonus Bet per player, per invitation.
8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
Any bets that are cashed out will not be eligible. Bonus bet cannot be broken up or used in portions. Bonus Bet is valid for seven (7) days after issuance and may be used on wagers with odds between -200 and +2000. Offer cannot be combined with any additional promotions or rewards.
9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
Order of Funds Used for Wagering is not applicable to this promotion.
10. Eligible Games
Bonus Bet Drop is available for use on any wagers with odds between -200 and +2000.
11. Restriction on Withdrawal
The Bonus Bet is non-withdrawable, but any winnings therefrom are immediately withdrawable
12. Cancellation
All sports and event wagers associated with this Promotion may be voided in accordance with our Sportsbook rules (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/sportsbook-rules), which are hereby incorporated by reference.

Administration: Mohegan Digital expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital. Mohegan Digital reserves the right to restrict at any time any account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
Release and Waiver of Liability: By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, gaming license partners, advertising and promotion agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) your participation in the Promotion; and (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Promotion-related activity, including those damages caused by Mohegan Digital’s own negligence. Mohegan Digital expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, MOHEGAN DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO REDEMPTION OF THE PROMOTION, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF MOHEGAN DIGITAL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

If any provision contained herein conflicts with the PlayFallsview.com Terms and Conditions, the provisions established in the Terms and Conditions of this offer shall prevail. No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof, nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
