Terms And Conditions
1. Description of Promotion
Welcome to the College Hoops No Sweat Bet promotion (the “Promotion”), where all players are eligible to receive a No Sweat Bet up to Ten Dollars ($10). If your eligible wager settles as a loss, you will receive a “Bonus Bet” equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of your stake, up to $10. Eligible wagers must have odds of -150 or greater (ex. -120, +400). No Sweat Bet is only valid on pre-match College Basketball wagers. Bonus bet is valid for seven (7) days after issuance.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins Friday, April 4th, 2025 at 12:00am ET and ends on Saturday, April 5th, 2025 at 10:30pm ET (the “Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 19 years of age and are physically present in Ontario during the Promotion Period. Self-excluded individuals are ineligible. Employees, officers and directors of Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Promotion Bonus (as defined below).
4. Action Required
During the Promotion Period, players must navigate to the NCAAB section of the sportsbook and select either game scheduled for Saturday. Once you have added an eligible wager that has odds of -150 or greater, the No Sweat Bet will appear in your betslip (the “Wager Requirements/Exclusions”). After selecting this and placing your wager, no additional action is required as any potential reward will be credited to your account upon bet settlement.

If you do not agree to Terms and Privacy Policy, you cannot create a Casino Account or participate in this Promotion.
7. Limitations on Participation
In addition to the eligibility requirements and limitations established in these Terms and Conditions – and in the general Terms and Conditions of PlayFallsview.com, Mohegan Digital, in its sole discretion not to be exercised unreasonably, reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Limit of one (1) No Sweat Bet per player. Any wager placed using bonus credit will not contribute to the Rollover Requirements of that bonus, as a No Sweat Bet is being used. Offer cannot be combined with any profit boosts.
8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
Any wager that is placed on a market other than pre-match college basketball wagers will not be eligible. Wagers must have odds of -150 or greater. Maximum wager is Ten Dollars ($10). Any wagers that are cashed out will not be eligible. Limit of one (1) No Sweat Bet per player. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, bonus bets or profit boosts. Bonus Bet is valid for seven (7) days after issuance and will be equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the eligible wager’s stake up to $10.
9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
Order of Funds Used for Wagering is not applicable to this promotion.
10. Eligible Games
College Hoops No Sweat Bet is only available for use on pre-match college basketball wagers for games taking place on Saturday that meet the minimum odds requirement of -150 or greater.
11. Restriction on Withdrawal
There are no restrictions on withdrawal from the College Hoops No Sweat Bet promotion.
12. Cancellation
All sports and event wagers associated with this or any promotion may be voided in accordance with our Sportsbook rules (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/sportsbook-rules), which are hereby incorporated by reference.

Administration: Mohegan Digital expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital. Mohegan Digital reserves the right to restrict at any time any Casino Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
Release and Waiver of Liability: By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, gaming license partners, advertising and promotion agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) your participation in the Promotion; and (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Promotion-related activity, including those damages caused by Mohegan Digital’s own negligence. Mohegan Digital expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, MOHEGAN DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO REDEMPTION OF THE PROMOTION, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF MOHEGAN DIGITAL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

If any provision contained herein conflicts with the PlayFallsview.com Terms and Conditions, the provisions established in the Terms and Conditions of this offer shall prevail. No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof, nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
