1. Description of Promotion
Welcome to the Layup Live Boost promotion (the “Promotion”), where all players are eligible to receive a Twenty Percent (20%) live “profit boost” valid on National Basketball Association (NBA) games taking place each Friday. Wager must have odds of -150 or greater (ex. -120, +200). Maximum wager is Twenty-Five Dollars ($25). There is a limit of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) on potential added winnings associated with this promotion. Profit boost is only valid on live wagers. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, bonus bets or profit boosts.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins Friday, February 21st, 2025 at 7:00pm ET and ends on Saturday, April 12th, 2025 at 2:00am ET (the “Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 19 years of age and are physically present in Ontario during the Promotion Period. Self-excluded individuals are ineligible. Employees, officers and directors of Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Promotion Bonus (as defined below).
4. Action Required
Each Friday during the Promotion Period, players must navigate to the “Live Right Now” section of the sportsbook and select any NBA game currently taking place. Once you have added an eligible wager that has odds of -150 or greater, the profit boost will appear in your betslip (the “Wager Requirements/Exclusions”). After placing your wager, no additional action is required, as any potential additional winnings will be credited to your account upon bet settlement.

7. Limitations on Participation
In addition to the eligibility requirements and limitations established in these Terms and Conditions – and in the general Terms and Conditions of PlayFallsview.com, Mohegan Digital, in its sole discretion not to be exercised unreasonably, reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Limit of one (1) profit boost per player, per week of the Promotion Period. Any wager placed used bonus credit will not contribute to the Rollover Requirements of that bonus, as a profit boost is being used.
8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
See section 4. Any wager that is placed on a market other than live NBA wagers on Friday will not be eligible. Wager must have odds of -150 or greater. Maximum wager is Twenty-Five Dollars ($25). There is a limit of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) on potential added winnings associated with this promotion. Any wagers that are cashed out will not be eligible. Profit boost is valid on live NBA wagers. Offer cannot be combined with any additional profit boosts or bonus bets.
9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
Order of Funds Used for Wagering is not applicable to this promotion.
10. Eligible Games
Layup Live Boost is only available for use on live NBA games taking place each Friday that meet the minimum odds requirement of -150 or greater.
11. Restriction on Withdrawal
There are no restrictions on withdrawal from the Layup Live Boost promotion.
12. Cancellation
All sports and event wagers associated with this or any promotion may be voided in accordance with our Sportsbook rules (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/sportsbook-rules), which are hereby incorporated by reference.

Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital. Mohegan Digital reserves the right to restrict at any time any Casino Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
Release and Waiver of Liability: By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, gaming license partners, advertising and promotion agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) your participation in the Promotion; and (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Promotion-related activity, including those damages caused by Mohegan Digital’s own negligence. Mohegan Digital expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, MOHEGAN DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO REDEMPTION OF THE PROMOTION, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF MOHEGAN DIGITAL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
