1. Description of Promotion
Welcome to the Raise Your Parlay Booster promotion (the “Promotion”), where all players are eligible to receive a profit boost up to 50%. Each parlay leg must have minimum odds of -250 or longer (ex. -200, +120) and the maximum wager is Twenty Dollars ($20). There is a limit of $1000 on potential added winnings per profit boost. Same game parlays are not eligible. Limit of one (1) boost of each percentage identified in the Profit Boost Table below per player, per day of the Promotion Period. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or rewards. Profit boost value is based on the table below:

2. Promotion Period
The Promotion will run daily, beginning on Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025 at 12:00am ET and ending on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026 at 11:59pm ET (the “Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 19 years of age and are physically present in Ontario during the Promotion Period. Self-excluded individuals are ineligible. Employees, officers and directors of Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a profit boost.
4. Action Required
Build a parlay that meets the minimum odds requirement of -250 per leg or longer. Select the profit boost which will appear in the betslip.
5. Claiming Promotion Offer
After completing the Action Required (see Section 4), no additional action is required, as any potential additional winnings will be credited to your account upon bet settlement.
Eligible individuals must have their identity verified and an active PlayFallsview Account in order to participate in any promotion or play on PlayFallsview. Creating an Account at PlayFallsview or on the PlayFallsview mobile application is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Privacy Policy (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/privacy-policy) and Terms (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/terms). If you do not agree to Terms and Privacy Policy, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.
7. Limitations on Participation
In addition to the eligibility requirements and limitations established in these Terms and Conditions – and in the general Terms and Conditions of PlayFallsview.com, Mohegan Digital, in its sole discretion not to be exercised unreasonably, reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any promotion for any reason, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Limit of one (1) boost of each percentage identified in the Profit Boost Table per player, per day of the Promotion Period.
8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
Any parlay with less than four (4) legs will not be eligible for the promotion. All parlay legs must meet the minimum odds requirement of -250 or longer. Any wagers that are cashed out will not be eligible. Offer cannot be combined with any additional promotions or rewards. There is a limit of $1000 on potential added winnings associated with this promotion. Same game parlays are not eligible.
9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
Order of Funds Used for Wagering is not applicable to this promotion.
10. Eligible Games
Raise Your Parlay Booster can be used on parlays, in which all legs meet the minimum odds requirement of -250 or longer.
11. Restriction on Withdrawal
There are no restrictions on withdrawal from the Raise Your Parlay Booster promotion.
12. Cancellation (“Voiding”) of Bets
All sports and event wagers associated with this or any promotion may be voided in accordance with our Sports Book rules (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/sportsbook-rules), which are hereby incorporated by reference.

Administration: Mohegan Digital expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital. Mohegan Digital reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
Release and Waiver of Liability: By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, gaming license partners, advertising and promotion agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) your participation in the Promotion; and (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Promotion-related activity, including those damages caused by Mohegan Digital’s own negligence. Mohegan Digital expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the Promotion Bonus.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, MOHEGAN DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO REDEMPTION OF THE PROMOTION, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF MOHEGAN DIGITAL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
