Terms And Conditions
1. Description of Promotion
For the Slots Welcome Offer promotion (“the Promotion”), players who select the offer and make a first deposit of $10 or more will receive 500 Bonus Spins ($0.20 each) on IGT’s Cash Eruption.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins May 5, 2026, at 12:00am ET and ends December 31, 2027, at 11:59pm ET (the “Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to players who are at least 19 years of age and are physically present in Ontario during the Promotion Period. Self-excluded players are ineligible. Players claiming the Promotion are only entitled to one (1) Welcome Offer and will not be eligible for any other Welcome Offer on PlayFallsview.com.
Employees, officers and directors of Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive Bonus Spins.
4. Action Required
To participate, players must select the Promotion at the top of the ‘Add Funds’ screen and make a deposit of $10 or more.
5. Claiming Promotion Offer
After completing the Action Required (see Section 4), the IGT Cash Eruption Bonus Spins will be added into the player’s account.
Players are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Bonus Spins received, regardless of whether the Bonus Spins, in whole or in part, are used. The Bonus Spins value may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.
Eligible individuals must have their identity verified and an active PlayFallsview.com account in order to participate in any promotion or play on PlayFallsview.com. Creating an account at PlayFallsview.com or on the PlayFallsview mobile application is free. By submitting their information and creating an Account, individuals will be required to agree to PlayFallsview’s Privacy Policy (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/privacy-policy) and Terms and Conditions (https://play.playfallsview.com/article/terms). Individuals who do not agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions cannot create an account or participate in the Promotion.
7. Limitations on Participation
In addition to the eligibility requirements and limitations established in these Terms and Conditions, and in the general Terms and Conditions of PlayFallsview.com, Mohegan Digital, in its sole discretion (not to be exercised unreasonably), reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any promotion for any reason, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous promotion in good faith.
This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Limit of one (1) qualifying deposit and set of Bonus Spins per player.
8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
Bonus Spins will expire 30 days after issuance. Any winnings associated with the IGT Cash Eruption Bonus Spins will be awarded in Slot Casino Bonus with a playthrough requirement of 1x (one times) that must be met within 7 days of issuance. Wagering contribution percentage varies, see below for more details.

Note: Deposits, Bonuses, and any winnings associated, are not eligible for withdrawal until playthrough requirements are met. See Section 11, “Restriction on Withdrawal” for more information.
9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
As is noted in Section 11 below, money deposited to satisfy promotional requirements, Slot Casino Bonus, and any winnings drawn from either are considered Restricted Funds. As a result, they are subject to Wagering Requirements.
When Slot Casino Bonus is issued, funds used for wagering are drawn from real-money (non-bonus) deposits, if any, before Slot Casino Bonus is used. Once deposited funds are used, wagers are drawn from Slot Casino Bonus. Any winnings associated with either the Slot Casino Bonus or deposits are added to the Restricted Funds balance. Upon completion of wagering requirements, as established in Section 8, any restricted funds associated with this promotion will be added to your unrestricted account balance. Subsequent wagers are debited from the unrestricted account balance.
10. Eligible Games
Bonus Spins will expire 30 days after issuance and may only be used on IGT Cash Eruption.
Slot Casino Bonus may be used to wager on eligible slot games. Wagering contribution percentage varies, see Section 8 for more details.
11. Restriction on Withdrawal
Deposits, bonus funds, and any winnings associated with this campaign are non-withdrawable (“restricted”) until the wagering requirement established in Section 8 above is fulfilled. In the event that the wagering requirement is not met within 7 days, any remaining restricted bonus funds and/or restricted winnings will be forfeit and removed from the player’s account.
The Slot Casino Bonus is not transferable and cannot be substituted except at Mohegan Digital’s sole discretion.
12. Cancellation
Players can cancel their participation in the Promotion at any time, by contacting customer support at support@playfallsview.com. Upon cancellation, players may withdraw any funds they have deposited into their account without restriction. However, they will forfeit any unused Slot Casino Bonus.

Administration: Mohegan Digital expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital. Mohegan Digital reserves the right to restrict at any time any account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Mohegan Digital and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
Release and Waiver of Liability: By redeeming this Promotion, participants agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mohegan Digital, its affiliates, gaming license partners, advertising and promotion agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) your participation in the Promotion; and (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Slot Casino Bonus, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any promotion-related activity, including those damages caused by Mohegan Digital’s own negligence. If any provision contained herein conflicts with the PlayFallsview.com Terms and Conditions, the provisions established in the Terms and Conditions of this offer shall prevail. No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof, nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided.
